Don’t be a d_ _ k!

The vowel you choose makes all the difference.

You could be a duck—calm on the surface, paddling like crazy underneath, letting things roll off your back.

Or you could be the other word—splashing around, making waves, and ruining the whole pond.

I’ll be honest, some days I have to stop myself from choosing the wrong vowel.

It’s a struggle, especially when leading people.

Words from a good friend ring in my ears: Don't let it steal your equanimity.

Life’s better when you float, not fight.

So, when in doubt... be the duck. 🦆
