A one-time event or a sign of the times?

“Do NOT defecate in urinal.”

Zoom in, that’s what the sticker said.

I saw it in a small coffee shop, snapped a picture, and just... stared at it.

Confused by the logistics of such an event, I thought through the, WHY.

Was this a preemptive strike—a warning before disaster?
-Hey, this is not a toilet.

Or did someone actually do this, forcing the owner to make it official policy?
-How many times is too many to necessitate the sign, one, ten?

Or—worse yet—is this just what we’ve come to expect?

Here’s the point: Have we lost so much respect for other people’s spaces that signs like this are necessary?

If so, where does it stop?

Are we heading toward a world where every basic standard of decency needs a posted reminder?

And if we are… should the sign be in multiple languages, braille, and maybe even have a QR code?

What are your thoughts on this topic?
